This secure building is located 10 minutes from class in a quiet, pastoral setting, convenient to shops and restaurants. The apartment building has 26 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units. All units include free cable TV, free lan/wifi internet and a telephone landline. Fax machine service is available. All units have air conditioning, a balcony and are fully furnished including a kitchenette. There is bus service and motorbike/bicycle rentals available and an adequate shaded car and motorbike parking area. Rental rates: One bedroom unit is 5,000 baht/month. Two bedroom unit is 7,000 baht/month Motorbike rents are 1,600-2,500 baht/month. Average electric bill is about 1,000 baht/month. A pick up and drop off laundry service (including ironing) allows up to 6 garments per day for 400 baht per month (about $12 USD).
